Cybergun Airsoft DPMS Mil-Spec M4A1 Full Metal AEG - BLACK
The Cybergun DPMS M4A1 AEG mixes a high level of realism with with some outstanding airsoft engineering. Diehard mil-sim players and weekend warriors alike will be equally impressed with the quality workmanship and superior performance that comes with this package.
With receivers built entirely from metal to ensure durability, the DPMS M4A1 AEG has a very realistic weight and feels like a real-steel military issue M4A1. The handguard is injection molded from high density polymer that is capable of withstanding a high level of abuse. If you prefer an upgraded handguard, this AEG is compatible with most carbine length hardguard upgrades. A six-position adjustable stock, which is also built to military specifications, allows you to adjust the length of pull on this weapon to suit any battlefield role that you may have to fill. An A2-style front sight post and rear sight carry handle are highly accurate, and also fully adjustable for windage and elevation. This allows you to deliver pinpoint accurate fire whether you're engaging targets at a distance or clearing rooms in a CQB environment. Dual sling mounts are perfect for attaching your favorite tactical sling to retain positive weapon control in any situation.
Internally, this AEG comes complete with a fully upgradable Version 2 metal gearbox. This gearbox is reinforced to prevent fracturing from use. Steel gears are built for strength and will operate flawlessly under a high level of stress. The manufacturer recommends using an 8.4V NiMh battery, but this weapon system is fully capable of accepting up to a 9.6V NiMH battery for a greater rate of fire. A long inner barrel is protected by a full metal outer barrel, and boosts the muzzle velocity of this AEG up to nearly 400 FPS.
Ammo type: Seamless 0.20g or heavier (0.23g, 0.25g, 0.26g, 0.28g, etc) BBs. For maximum performance and accuracy, Airsoft Megastore recommends GoldenBall ProSlick BBs which carry perfect spherical consistency and density, available at Airsoft Megastore for the lowest price on the market, guaranteed.
Battery Charger Recommendation: Airsoft Megastore recommends the use of a smart charger to avoid overcharging the battery (overcharged batteries may cause decreased airsoft gun performance and may shorten battery life significantly). Smart chargers not only shorten charge time significantly (up to 800% faster charging), but more importantly, also automatically shut off once the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharged batteries.
