AMS x SRC
As the #1 fastest-growing Airsoft retailer in the nation, Airsoft Megastore went directly to the manufacturer to create the Stryke series from the ground up. The Stryke line of AEGs is available only at Airsoft Megastore at these incredible prices, and nowhere else.
Our take: The AMS-SRC Stryke SR15 Mk18 Mod.0 Carbine is a realistic, durable, and full size AEG rifle from SRC that features a full metal gearbox, a high-performance cylinder crafted from aluminum, and a high torque motor. The short length of this AEG makes it highly maneuverable and perfect for CQB environments. The six-position Crane stock easily adjusts to the ideal length for any user, and the reshaped stock provides a comfortable cheek-weld for the user.
The SR15 Mk18 Mod.0 has a flat top railed receiver for the mounting of optics and accessories, and unlike other M4s with full carrying handles, the Mk18 Mod.0 has a removable tactical "chopped" rear sight that leaves the front portion of the rails exposed. This allows users to mount an optic on the rail, while still keeping the iron sights attached as a backup. The SRC SR15 Mk18 Mod.0 Carbine features a fiber polymer reinforced receiver, providing higher build quality and is significantly more durable when compared the ABS bodies of Tokyo Marui AEGs. The receiver features a higher density than most standard receivers, and as a result, is more durable and less prone to cracking or breaking due to an inadvertent drop or collision.
Unbeatable Value: In an Airsoft market full of rising prices, it is extremely refreshing to find a FULL METAL GEARBOX, highly durable and realistic AEG rifle for such a bargain, let alone one from SRC, one of the most reputable and well-regarded Airsoft manufacturers to come out of Taiwan. Built from player feedback, the AMS-SRC Stryke line of AEGs features great reliability and performance at a price only Airsoft Megastore can offer.
Ammo type: Seamless 0.20g or heavier (0.23g, 0.25g, 0.26g, 0.28g, etc) BBs. For maximum performance and accuracy, Airsoft Megastore recommends GoldenBall ProSlick BBs which carry perfect spherical consistency and density, available at Airsoft Megastore for the lowest price on the market, guaranteed.
Battery Charger Recommendation: Airsoft Megastore recommends the use of a smartcharger to avoid overcharging the battery (overcharged batteries maycause decreased airsoft gun performance and may shorten battery lifesignificantly). Smart chargers not only shorten charge timesignificantly (up to 800% faster charging), but more importantly, alsoautomatically shut off once the battery is fully charged to avoidovercharged batteries.
