AY VSS Vintorez Full Metal Airsoft AEG Rifle - FAUX WOOD

The AK47 and SVD airsoft guns are the most popular Russian airsoft rifles players bring to the field. If you can’t decide which one is for you, the VSS Vintorez AEG by AY is your answer. This rifle is a replica of the one issued to Spetsnaz forces and has a knurled mock suppressor that covers the entire length of the outer barrel. The polymer faux wood rear stock houses stick-type batteries. This VSS AEG airsoft rifle’s gearbox has 7mm steel bearings and has a nylon piston and a ported piston head. This AEG is also pre-installed with an M120 spring. This airsoft VSS also has a muzzle velocity of up to 390 FPS (w/ 0.20g BBs). Lastly, you can attach compatible optics by purchasing and installing the Echo1 RedStar IGOR Quick Detach QD Scope Mount. To make it easier to shoot in a prone position, this rifle uses compact high capacity magazines (spare VSS Vintorez AEG magazines are also available).

NOTE: To install the battery, remove the two screws on the back plate with a Phillips screwdriver to expose the battery compartment. Additionally, slight modification may be needed to fit PSO-1 style scopes.

Ammo type: Seamless 0.20g or heavier (0.23g, 0.25g, 0.26g, 0.28g, etc) BBs. For maximum performance and accuracy, Airsoft Megastore recommends GoldenBall ProSlick BBs which carry perfect spherical consistency and density, available at Airsoft Megastore for the lowest price on the market, guaranteed.

Battery Charger Recommendation: Although this fully automatic airsoft rifle comes with a standard wall charger to charge the battery, Airsoft Megastore recommends the use of a smart charger to avoid overcharging the battery(overcharged batteries may cause decreased airsoft gun performance and may shorten battery life significantly). Smart chargers not only shorten charge time significantly (up to 800% faster charging), but more importantly, also automatically shut off once the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharged batteries.
